Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all requests/offers
  • Organising and arranging travel, itineraries, schedules, etc.
  • Managing Agent's diary
  • Maintaining contact's database
  • Script reading and writing breakdowns
  • Preparing Agent's expenses
  • Client casting

Requirements:

  • Experienced Agent's Assistant
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Presentable as dealing with high profile clients
  • Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
  • Interest in theatre and film industry
