Aftersales Administrator

Chessington

£27,500 Per Annum

Mon - Thursday 8am - 5pm / Friday 8am - 3.30pm

Aftersales and Spares Administrator needed to work within a well known Manufacturer in Chessington.

This is a varied and interesting role for a candidate who has experience working within aftersales, parts admin, order processing or similar.

Day to Day Duties

  • Sale and order processing received by email / phone to independent and national operators.
  • Ongoing tracking of orders for customers, with regards to delivery status and the timely updating to the customer in the event of a delay.
  • Releasing orders from the back-order report.
  • Processing customer payments.
  • Liaising with carrier to resolve delivery difficulties and disputes.
  • Run weekly reports to make sure that all quotations are chased and take of system after 30 days.
  • Determine replacement parts according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
  • Processing of commercial invoices
  • Managing credit requests in a timely manner
  • Investigation, resolution, and reporting of all customer related complaints.

Key skills, Experience & Knowledge

  • The ideal candidate will have experience within a sales administration/order processing role.
  • You will have the ability to multitask, whilst maintaining good attention to detail
  • You are a strong communicator
  • The ideal candidate will be approachable and a team player
  • Excel and Microsoft word experience
