Aesthetic Practitioner / Training Coordinator

Out client, a 5 star warm and friendly Aesthetic Clinic based in Rural Berkshire is recruiting for an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner / Training Coordinator to join their team.

This is a Full Time Permanent role and will suit someone who is a natural at engaging with clients day-to-day.

ROLE:

• Skilled and confident at engaging and retaining clients.
• Exceptional at recognizing and meeting the clients short and long term skin health needs / goals.
• Maintain a high level of ongoing Client relationships and high standards of customer care.
• Deliver treatments confidently and to the highest standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with sound knowledge of a wide range of skin conditions and their treatment.
• Manage and coordinate ongoing team development / training.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified to NVQ level 3, 4 or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in aesthetic / medical / dermatology.
• IT savvy.

HOURS:

• 4 Day / 5 Day week rolling rota

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £30,000 - £34,000
