The Data Entry Administrator is a key role within the Secretarial & Business Support department. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining, updating, and managing a large amount of sensitive data.

Description

  • Maintaining and updating accurate data records.
  • Transfering data on to different spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborating with the Secretarial & Business Support team to optimise data systems.
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
  • Using software tools to manage data effectively.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • An understanding of data confidentiality principles.
  • A background or interest in the Not For Profit sector.
