Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the buying team with administrative tasks such as order processing, data entry, and supplier communication
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and pricing information
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings
  • Supporting the team in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
