This busy leading consultancy is seeking a Part Time Administrator on a Temporary basis with an opportunity to go permanent. The business is offering 4-day WFH with Monday as the office base day with flexible start time across 25 hours per week, 5 working days. This company is a leader in its field and the team are friendly and supportive. Within this busy role you will provide a variety and a fast-paced exciting environment.

About the Part Time Administrator role:

The Administrator will be working with a small office-based team and reporting to the line manager who leads a larger external team.

Part Time Administrative duties:

  • Contacting residents to schedule required appointments
  • Inputting relevant information into the in-house database
  • Rescheduling any missed appointments effectively
  • Liaising with the in-house surveying team regarding any reschedules and queries
  • Managing and manipulating data using Excel
  • General administrative functions including emailing, electronic filing, and document management
  • Providing excellent customer service to a variety of clients and tenants

Your requirements:

  • Proficiency working with Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Excellent communicator: telephone and email management
