We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to be the first point of contact for our client, providing exceptional support to both internal and external sales teams. You will be part of an ever growing business that really values their employees!

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a variety of administrative tasks, including logging all leads and assign as relevant using our CRM systems.

Salary: £24,000 per annum + monthly bonus (approx. £350-£550 per month)

Office based: 5 days a week

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all general enquiries through marketing channels, direct email, and telephone
  • Deliver first-class support to the internal and external sales team
  • Pre-qualify quote requests to ensure we maintain high levels of service
  • Collaborate with the Internal Sales Manager to assist with their workload
  • Log all leads in our CRM system and assign them as relevant
  • Pre-qualify quote requests to ensure high levels of service are maintained
  • Generate and manage quotations directly with customers
  • Mail out brochures to new leads and initiate the sales process
  • Work with the team to develop best practice systems and procedures to support business growth
  • Perform any other administrative duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
