We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our client's dynamic Customer Service team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively and efficiently
• Providing accurate information and updating customer records
• Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
• Conducting data entry tasks with a keen eye for accuracy

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, and competent MS Office knowledge. You should also be highly organised and detail-oriented. Experience in a customer service or administrative role would be advantageous.
