Career Legal is recruiting for an Administrator, on behalf of a reputable law firm, based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their existing administrative skills and secure a role at a forward-thinking and progressive firm with opportunity to develop.

The primary responsibility of the role will be to contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Administration team, supporting team members to ensure an efficient, professional, responsive service is provided to the firm.

Key responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties
  • Daily absence management & associated tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Report Running
  • Coordinating work experience
  • Updating, maintaining, and administering accurate HR records on their HR system
  • Responding to general Administration inbox queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner, assigned/escalated as appropriate.
  • Filing, photocopying, printing and scanning.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members as well as colleagues across the business.
  • Understand and contribute towards team objectives.


The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive, customer focused approach and the ability to contribute in a team environment. The administrator will be a flexible professional, competent in Microsoft Office packages, with the ability to be always remain confidential and discreet.

This firm are offering a competitive salary, this role will be full time in the office to begin with, then 4 days after probation.
