Adecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Customer Services agent with Property lettings or property sales experience to join their expanding team.

Location: Basildon

Salary: 12.00 per hour

Working days: Monday to Friday

9am till 5.30pm

Duration of contract: Temporary

Job Role:

  • Composing emails to inform clients about an outstanding account
  • Answering phone calls from Loss adjusters
  • Telephoning Loss adjusters and determining why payments remain outstanding
  • Experience with servicing court orders to recover outstanding payments, in some cases would be ideal (not essential)
  • Must be confident using the telephone
  • We are looking for candidates that have experience working within property lettings or sales for this role.

Working hours - Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch break

The role is to to provide a first class Customer Service to all our Customers and consistently delivering high levels of customer service for this very busy role.
