Our client, a vibrant retail design agency located in Lutterworth are seeking x2 Temporary Administrators to support their account management team working in a busy and varied role.

If you have previous administrative experience, are an enthusiastic and confident communicator and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!

Please note due to current business requirements, candidates must be immediately available. This is an initial ongoing temporary role with potential to lead to something longer term for the right candidate.

Hours of work, salary and benefits:

  • £12.31 - £12.86 per hour depending on experience (£24,000 - £25,000)
  • Monday - Thursday: 9.00am - 5.30pm and Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
  • Free parking

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing email inbox on behalf of account managers
  • Liaising with clients and internal colleagues where required
  • Adding new job orders onto the system
  • Sending out quotes to customers and chasing any outstanding
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets on Excel
  • Sending out imagery to clients using PowerPoint
  • Actioning any additional tasks to support account management team

Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience working in a busy, administrative role
  • Confident working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Self-motivated, with a "can-do" approach to any challenge, and a commitment to finding solutions
  • A positive and proactive communicator
  • Good organisation and time-management skills
