What you'll be doing:
Temporary cover for 12 weeks within the office based in Christchurch, covering all parts of the reception and administrative responsibilities, including telephone calls, appointment confirmations and stationery and office supplies.

About the company:
Our client is a home improvement business who pride themselves on delivering excellent service and products with the Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire areas.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Reception or Administrative role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels.
  • IT literate
  • Proven ability to work effectively on own initiative.

Hours & Information

  • Working hours flexible Monday - Friday
  • Based in Christchurch
  • Temporary for 12 weeks, with possible extension
  • Office Based
