This is a fabulous opportunity to join this high profile, prestigious College in West London with a dynamic culture and a national reputation for excellence.

We are looking for an administrator/secretary to provide excellent administrative support to the Office Manager and members of Senior Management Team in the school.

You will be heavily involved in the smooth running of the school by greeting visitors and welcoming them, making them refreshments and giving short tours of the building from time to time and providing administrative support to the registry. You will have a willingness to work beyond normal office hours, particularly at times of peak workload. In turn, you will be part of a wonderful and supportive team where there is opportunity to grow and flourish.

For this role, you will be a polished and sophisticated candidate with experience in customer service/reception work. Experience in working with young people, stock keeping as well as administration in the context of a school is desirable. You will be well-spoken with excellent communication skills and a positive disposition with an enthusiasm to learn and grow. You will also be an excellent team player, patient and a real people person!

Professional secretarial skills would be highly desirable.
