Our client is currently seeking a talented Part-Time Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant role:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Assist the business with copy typing responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with data entry tasks and document management.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant role:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
