Our global client sits within the Insurance sector and is currently experiencing progressive growth. This role will report into the Head of Operations and entail a variety of tasks to include day to day diary, email and general communication. You will also be responsible for helping with settling up suppliers and managing the budgets and PO's, as well as assisting the Company Secretary with a variety of tasks relating to compliance and regulation. Working within a very friendly and robust team based in the City of London. You will ideally have a minimum of 4 years office support with an excellent working knowledge of MS 365.

Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to present yourself in a professional manner with confidence and an upbeat/cheerful demeanour.

It will allow for career development and plenty of business exposure.

This is a brand new permanent role with an immediate start.
