Admin/Records Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic company based in Liverpool, who are seeking a Records Management Supervisor to join their team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance from their Records Management team, who handle the day-to-day organisation of physical files and central filing systems across our UK offices, as well as liaising with external archiving service providers.

Title: Records Management Supervisor

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday - Friday (hybrid working)

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and provide line management to the Records Management team across different office locations.
  • Engage in Records-related tasks and duties as an integral member of the Records team.
  • Assist management in overseeing Records-related projects.
  • Travel to various offices as required.
  • Support management by contributing to monthly team activity and financial reporting.
  • Monitor team performance, coordinate daily duties, and manage workloads.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team inquiries and escalations from other departments.

What experience you'll need

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Experience in managing or leading a small team.
    • Office experience, ideally in a professional setting but not essential.
    • Proficiency in IT, particularly in MS Excel and familiarity with various software packages.
    • Proactive problem-solving skills with the capacity to address issues independently and efficiently.
    • ?Willingness to travel as needed.
