Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Lewes, East Sussex

Salary £12-£13.80 an hour

Start ASAP - Car driver preferred due to non-central location. Potential to move hybrid after initial training

Office Angels are supporting a leading company with an Administrative Coordinator position on the outskirts of Lewes. This role will manage day-to-day operations, be the primary point of contact for enquiries, organise office tasks, and support on projects.

About your new role:

  • Handle enquiries and manage emails into the department.
  • Organise digital files and archive documents.
  • Assist with budgets and invoicing.
  • Maintain databases and update website content.
  • Support project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with communication and proofreading tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous office administration experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
