Contract Duration: 3-6 Months

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Reed in Colchester are excited to be supporting our client seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team on a 3-6 month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration between the Risk and Procurement departments, upholding compliance with legal and organisational standards.

Day to day of the role:

  • Manage claims, maintain continuity plans, and oversee vehicle legalities within the Risk department
  • Handle invoice processing, supplier and stock item management, and catering orders in the Procurement department
  • Conduct reviews, update records, and support insurance renewals with a keen eye for detail
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, coordinating across different levels of the organisation and with external parties
  • Organise and prioritise tasks efficiently to manage the diverse responsibilities of the role

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within Risk and/or Procurement
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
