My client is a well established architecture and building acoustics engineering firm with a worldwide presence. They have offices located throughout the UK and are renowned for their exceptional projects that prioritise sustainability in their design, earning them multiple industry accolades. The company has completed numerous projects in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics or a related field, in addition topossessing the IOA Diploma.
- Prior experience in project planning and report preparation for project applications is considered
- Proficiency in managing any technical issues that may occur during assessments.
- A proven track record of success in delivering projects while working with key stakeholders throughout the development life cycle.
Duties:
- Modify project plans and designs to meet client specifications and adhere to statutory guidelines.
- Provide clients with informed recommendations and remedial guidance to avoid technical issues that can affect project timelines.
- Conduct regular noise and vibration assessments to ensure compliance with building regulations throughout the project's life cycle, in line with British standards.
