You have the exciting opportunity to join their growing team in Birmingham, as an Acoustic Consultant. It is a great role to take your career in Acoustics to the next level!
The exciting Acoustic Consultant role will entail:
- Liaising with key professionals.
- Providing expert noise and vibration solutions, according to Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, and British and International Standards.
- Preparing consistently accurate technical reports.
- Collecting acoustical data and computer modelling.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Acoustic Consultant, ideally in the design stages of projects.
- A degree in either Acoustics or Physics. An Engineering degree, including Acoustics modules, will also be considered.
- Be motivated and able to learn quickly.
- Proficient skills in acoustic modelling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cadna).
- Member of the Institute of Acoustics.
- Awareness of relevant regulations and standards and up to date legislation.
