Accountancy Practice Specialists have been instructed on an Accounts Senior opportunity on behalf of a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in Basingstoke.

Ideal for an ACA or ACCA qualified individual working in general practice, looking for professional development, flexibility and the opportunity to develop their client advisory skills.

You will be given a personal progression plan and supporting the Partners in some interesting advisory work such as due dilligence and company acquistions, etc.

Mentored by the Partners, you will be working with an interesting portfolio of clients from an array of sectors providing accounts and tax services.

Excellent remuneration & benefits package, 25 days holiday and an outstanding 12% pension. Part time considered for the right individual.

The Role:

Preparation of statutory accounts under FRS102
Preparation of management accounts
Corporate tax computations
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Tax advisory work (as the role develops)
Assisting Partners with hd hoc business advisory projects
Attending client meetings
Providing technical support to the Partners
Business development

You:

ACA/ ACCA Qualified
Background in UK accountancy practice
Good working knowledge of FRS102
UK Accounts and tax compliance knowledge
Good communication skills
