Accounts Senior, Havant, Hybrid, £30K-£40k

Your new company
- Your new firm is an established chartered accountant based in Havant with over 80 staff across its 3-floored offices. Operating out of new modern offices, their brand is built on offering a strong worklife balance for their employees, 2 days working from home pw.
- They operate as a fully independent company that have first-hand experience of the challenges businesses need to overcome to be successful. They offer a range of tax and accountancy services to help you run businesses, including online accounting, outsourced finance functions and payroll management.
Your new role
- Producing accounts for clients (Limited companies, sold traders, partnerships, LLPs, Charities and groups)
- Ensuring that jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing the team to ensure they produce high quality work, are motivated to achieve high standards and that end of job appraisals are carried out for the team.
- Presenting the Accounts/Audit Manager with a complete set of accounts with minimal queries
- Accounts package drafted (disclosures/letters/minutes/certificates etc)
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years+ strong accounts experience within a practice firm
- Strong qualification progress through your ACA/ACCAs
- Strong experience working with Xero (IRIS accounts production also preferably)
- Ability to commute to client sites
What you'll get in return - £30,000 - £40,000 pa
- Study Support (AAT/ACA/ACCA)
- Flexible and Hybrid Working (3 days in office, 2 days at home pw)
