Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Contract role for 16 months to start ASAP
Purpose:
Lead the AR team to ensure efficient revenue collection processes and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ledger, debit notes, and payment allocation
- Set KPIs and provide guidance to the AR team
- Assist with audit requirements and address customer inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with SOX and manage credit limits for retail customers
- Set clear goals for team development and review department procedures
- 3+ years of AR experience with leadership skills
- People management experience
- Strong communication, IT, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Dynamics 365 preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Reports to Finance Manager (this Team Leader role with have 3 direct reports)
