The company

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a well-established business based in Hayes who are seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join the team.

The role

• Full ownership of the Ledger and resolving any queries that may arise
• Raising a payment journal to the customer account and allocating to the credit note
• Processing refunds
• Reconciliations
• Set KPIs targets
• Deal with customer enquiries and challenges
• Ensure all receipts are posted in a timely manner and allocated as per any remittances
• Complete end of month checklist
• Review procedures, policies and standards for the AR department to ensure we remain up-to-date and as effective as possible

What you need to be successful

• Minimum of 3 year’s AR experience
• Drive continuous improvement of AR procedures
• Able to build strong working relationships
• Capable of working calmly under pressure
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Dedicated and committed
