Job Duties:
  • Lead and manage the accounts payable team
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Oversee reconciliation of vendor accounts
  • Implement and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
  • Resolve escalated issues and discrepancies
  • Provide training and guidance to team members
  • Generate reports and analysis related to accounts payable
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of VAT regulations and tax laws
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional overtime may be required
