I'm delighted to be working alongside a business that makes a real difference in the world of animals/pets. They're currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger specialist to support them during a busy period. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with the option to work from home 4/5 days of the working week. This is offered on a temporary basis expected to last 2-4 months with the potential to go permanent.

In this role, you will be repsponsible for the management of the purchase ledger functions of several entities within the business. This would be an ideal role for an organised individual looking to use their skills to support an amazing orgnaisation.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Co-ordination and managment of accounts mailboxes,
  • Monitoring PO box,
  • Processing multi-currency supplier and contractor invoices,
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier accounts,
  • Set up payment runs,
  • Processing mult-currency bank transactions + reconcilie accounts.

You should be an extremely organised individual to keep on top of the mutliple entities. This is a lovely team to work with filled with pleasant and kind people, so would suit someone of a similar disposition.
