Accounts Payable Specialist
- Providing support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Assisting with financial reports and records
- Helping with budget control
- Reconciling accounts and bank statements
- Processing invoices and expense forms
- Maintaining an organised and streamlined accounting system
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting operation
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
