Responsibilities as Accounts Payable Assistant Manager:

• Manage stakeholders and build strong relationships. ??
• Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in delivering top-notch services.??
• Ensure service levels meet expectations and escalate issues promptly. ?
• Drive KPI Dashboards and propose improvements. ??
• Coordinate cashflow forecasting and IR35 submissions. ??
• Assist in managing working capital and vendor approvals. ??
• Onboard new agencies and provide procedural training. �?

Your background:

• Excellent communication, numeracy, and Excel skills. ?????
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities. ???
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft D365 is a positive). ??
• Experience in risk mitigation and change implementation. ???
• Proven track record of maintaining successful relationships. ??
• Confidence in presenting and chairing meetings. ??
