Harmonic are proud to be working with one of the UK's most well renowned advertising/tech businesses in the UK in their search for a dynamic Accounts Payable.

They are based in central London, and you will be joining a dynamic team of 10 in the UK. They are a non-corporate, exceptionally friendly, and ambitious team looking to strengthen their finance function by making it streamlined, lean, and more efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Input and code purchase invoices in SAP for various countries including UK, US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Germany.
• Process employee expenses in Concur for UK and Germany and review company credit card transactions.
• Ensure approval of all invoices before payment and assist with weekly payment runs.
• Send remittances to suppliers and handle suppliers and invoice queries internally and externally.
• Reconcile supplier statements and maintain/update supplier records in SAP.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, manage own workload, and foster financial controls across operational staff within the group.

Required:

• At least 2 years prior AP experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Intelligent and able to adapt
• Industry experience (Agency, Tech, Marketing etc)

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000

Location: Central London (hybrid)

Start Date: ASAP
