Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Ellesmere Port who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis

Package:

• Salary £25,000 - £27,000
• 25 days holiday + BHs
• Full-time, Permanent

Location: Ellesmere Port - Parking on-site

Job Duties:

• Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
• Preparation of payment proposals
• Making payments via BACS
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• Supporting wider finance team internally
• Admin/ad hoc duties as required

Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Financial Controller

When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

• Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential
• Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
• Good excel and system skills essential
