Accounts Payable Associate

 Our client, is a Leading Global Professional Services firm with, offices all over Europe as well as the USA. They are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years Accounts Payable experience and be experience completing the AP cycle from start to finish.

This is a permanent position paying £36,000-£38,000 + hybrid working + excellent benefits + annual bonus.

Job Responsibilities

The duties include overseeing the entire accounts payable ledger, matching, batching and coding invoices, multicurrency bank reconciliations, processing expenses, reconciling supplier statements and VAT returns.

Person Specification

Our client prefers candidates with at least 3 years' accounts payable experience minimum. Experience within professional services is highly desirable.

Multi-currency experience is crucial to this role. Oracle software experience is very desirable.
