We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Manager to join one of the Southwest's leading accountancy practices based out of their Exeter office. You will manage a client portfolio across a variety of sectors, providing a tailored service to clients ranging from sole traders through to limited companies.

The responsibilities:
* Take the lead on all client communications and meetings, providing all accounting services required within deadlines and discussed timeframes, raising issues to senior management if necessary.
* Reviewing of billing and workflow administration.
* Assist as a team-player to ensure the smooth operation of the department including managing workflows, and support to junior members of the team.
* End-to-end completion of year end accounts including income tax and corporation tax returns.

The candidate:
* You will be either fully qualified or in the process of completing your ACA or ACCA qualification.
* Experience of working within a practice environment. Experience with clients within the medical field would be preferred but not essential.
* Well-versed in all aspects of client communication and delivering an excellent service at all times.
* You will have a team-player attitude, with the ability to motivate you team and support with workflows.
