An experienced and qualified Accounts Manager is required for a leading company based near Coventry. The successful candidate will have a varied position in ensuring the smooth running of the accounts function along with having responsibility for a small operations team. This role will ensure the smooth running of business operations and will provide strong leadership for several functions across the business.

Hybrid working is available with 3 days in the office.

This is a superb opportunity to develop an established team within a fast-paced environment.

Location – Coventry

Salary – up to £60,000 plus a superb benefits package is available;

What you will be doing:

  • Management of day to day financial activities
  • Operations management including facilities, IT, data
  • Financial reporting
  • Budgetary management
  • Forecasting
  • Year end 
  • Payroll
  • Providing strong leadership across several business operations teams.

What you will need:

  • Experience within a similar position
  • Relevant accountancy qualification ACA / ACCA / COMA
  • Strong leadership / management skills
