Accounts ManagerUp to £40,000 DOEWinsford CW7 / Flexible hours

This is a fantastic opportunity for any experienced Accounts Manager (working towards / qualified AAT) who thrives in a 'hands-on' role and who wants to make a difference to a business and keep challenging themselves along the way!

In this role you will most certainly have the chance to progress to Finance Manager and beyond as the business is highly successful, experiencing year-on-year growth, is cash-rich and currently stands at an impressive turnover of £40 million.

The Financial Controller is great! He's approachable, keen for someone to come in take the reins, supervising 2 members of the Finance team (purchase ledger and banking) and making suggestions for improvements. He's a great mentor and will give you all the support you require or give you complete autonomy, if that's what you'd prefer.

You'll get involved in the preparation of management accounts up to TB level with supporting schedules and analysis, payroll, journal posting, prepayments, accruals and depreciation, fixed asset, balance sheet, assist with year-end Audit and other ad hoc project work. If you've got Sage 200 experience, then that'd be a bonus!

In addition, there's a lot happening in Finance with investment committed to digitalising the purchase to pay systems, a new server to support reporting and a new management system, so you'll not be bored in this role!

This is an excellent opportunity for any competent Accounts Manager, please contact / for full details and for a confidential chat.
