A brand new opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a small and welcoming finance team in Andover. Our client prides themselves on their innovation and customer-focused approach and is seeking someone who shares the same values.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Generating sales invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Chasing outstanding debts
  • Processing staff expenses and credit card reconciliations
  • Monitor and review payment plan arrangements
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Weekly/Monthly Aged Debtor reviews
  • Building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
  • End of month closing routines
  • Supporting in general accounting processes, cash reconciliations and journal postings

The position requires an individual who has good accounting knowledge ideally with sales ledger and purchase ledger processes. You will be proficient in Excel, have excellent communication skills and be happy working within a team environment. 

The office has car parking available on site. 

You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
