Job title: Accounts Assistant (Must have practice accounts experience)
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £37,000
Hours: Flexible, Part-time

Your role:  
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Assist with audit preparations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with team members on cooperation tax and personal tax matters.
  • Process VAT returns accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting as needed.
Ideal person:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in practice accounts.
  • Proficiency in Iris, QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with traditional accounting methods and practices.
