CMA Recruitment Group is supporting a successful manufacturing business, based in Portsmouth to appoint a Part Time Accounts Assistant.  Supporting the company on an exclusive basis, the successful candidate will take ownership of their own duties and responsibilities.

What will the Part Time Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Raising of sales ledger invoices, copy invoices and credit notes.
  • Credit control via telephone, email and letter.
  • Resolution of queries.
  • Setting up new customers.
  • Matching and posting purchase ledger invoices.

Suitable Candidate for the Part Time Accounts Assistant vacancy:

  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing business would be desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate through the business.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Part Time Accounts Assistant:

  • 33 days of holiday including bank holidays (pro rata)
  • 20 – 30 hours per week over 3 – 5 days.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Free onsite parking.
