Accounts Assistant
A leading Intellectual Property firm based in the heart of London are currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to assist within the firms billing team on a maternity cover for 14 months.
**This role would suit someone with good GCSE results and ideally with Duke of Edinburgh or Jack Petchy awards**
Location - Central London - Hybrid working available (3 days in the office & 2 days from home)
Salary - £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
Duties include
- Ensuring the prompt and accurate production of all bills, ensuring that they comply with relevant VAT rules and presentational standards
- Assist in the accurate processing of all write-offs of unbillable time and
disbursements - Dealing with any inter-folio transfers
- Preparing soft copy bills and arranging for distribution as directed
- Liaising with fee earners to resolve any queries
- Assist and support with E-Billing process
