We are seeking an Accounts Assistant with experience in accounts payable and stock invoice management for a temporary 3-month position. The ideal candidate will have a background in trial balance analysis and proficiency in using a double-entry system. This role is crucial for providing support during a busy audit period.

• Managing accounts payable and handling stock invoices.
• Utilising the Navision system for financial operations.
• Assisting with trial balance analysis and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting the finance team during the audit period.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in accounts payable and stock invoice management.
• Familiarity with the Navision system or similar financial software.
• Understanding of trial balance analysis and double-entry accounting systems.
