Job description

Due to my clients company growth, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside the Accounts

Manager and the rest of the team.

We are looking for someone to assist with the accounts in this growing and innovative Facilities Management provider

This company offer Hard FM Services including Planned and Reactive Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric Maintenance

Services nationwide

You will be working with a professional team who pride themselves on delivering a first-class service and experience

to their clients.

We are looking for someone to help organise the accounts of the day to day running of the business to and support the directors in managing finance, office, processes, and systems as well as general administration

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating sales invoices for works carried out on a daily basis

• Using client portals to create costs, upload documents and invoice works

• Verifying purchase invoices and inputting onto the purchase ledger

• Reconciling supplier statements

• Answering queries from both clients and suppliers

Ideal candidates will have some previous experience in the building industry.

Desired requirements:

• Excellent understanding of Xero

• Excellent understanding of Excel, Word & Outlook

• Attention to detail

• Good manner with clients and suppliers

Accounts Assistant or Accounts Administration experience is essential as well as your own transport due to the location of these modern offices.
