Part time 1 day per week/ 7.5 hours per week split over more than 1 day.  Based in the lovely modern, professional office in Wellingborough. 

You will be working for a friendly and supportive finance team, to help during this busy period, for an ongoing temporary basis, part time 1 day/ 7.5 hours per week.  Warner Recruitment are delighted to be working with this well-established company based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.  The offices are easy to get to via both car and public transport with easy onsite parking. 

Job duties for Part time Accounts Assistant include:
  • Reconciliation of purchase ledger
  • Processing invoices
  • Entering sales invoices onto customer portals
  • New supplier validation checks
  • Assist with supplier queries
  • Credit control
  • Data collation of purchases and imports
  • Collation of weekly reports
  • Helping Purchase Ledger Clerk with clearing old GRNI and delivery note matching
  • Weekly collation of manufacturing efficiencies and hours worked
  • Online expenses testing
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
  • AAT Qualifications beneficial (not essential)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Excel
  • Part time
  • Able to work in the office for 7.5 hours per week
  • Happy in this role for 3 months+
