Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading leisure, travel, and tourism business, based in Chester, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for all areas of transactional accounts

Description

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Query resolutions
  • Preparing income journals
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Banking
  • Financial administration

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • AAT L2 or above (desirable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills
