Are you someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a knack for organisation and detail? Are you looking to leverage your previous office and accounts experience in a supportive and dedicated team? If so we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team.

This is part time role (17.5 hours per week) and will include all aspect of cash allocation and corporate credit card processes.

We have offices in Gatwick and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.

What you'll be doing:

Bank and Cash:

· Importing bank statements

· Allocating Cash for multiple bank accounts

· Reconciling Bank accounts on the finance system

· Processing cheques

· Responsible for petty cash

Credit Cards:

· Posting, reconciling, and chasing receipts for credit cards

· Assisting with the maintenance of all card users, including set up of new users, removal of leavers, limit amendments and other requests as required by the business

What you’ll need:

· A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.

· Strong communication skills within the team, as well as with others around the business.

· Ability to manage and co-ordinate workload, adapt to new situations and prioritise effectively.

· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Previous experience in a high volume, multi-currency environment desirable but not essential.

· Knowledge of SUN System desirable but not essential as training will be given.
