Job Title: Temporary Accounts Administrator
Position Monday to Friday (office based)
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (unpaid break)
Location: Crawley

Position Summary:
Currently seeking a Temporary Accounts Administrator to support our client on an ongoing basi . The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and data analysis as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
