My Client are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to become an integral part of their growing business, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.

In this part-time position they are looking for office based coverage Monday-Friday, ideally 10am-2pm, but there may be some flexibility on the days/hours for the right person.

You will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and receivable; overseeing obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors and sending payment reminders to ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Bank Deposits
  • Reconcile financial statements, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Prepare, send and store invoices.
  • Submit tax forms.
  • Report on the status of accounts payable/receivable
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with an outgoing personality, excellent written communication skills and solid data entry skills. A hands-on knowledge of accounting software, Xero is a distinct advantage, and strong Excel knowledge are essential.

Due to the branch location you must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle.
