Due to expansion and and a busy start to 2023, we're now looking for a Senior Digital Account/Project Manager with skills in Project Management, Account Management, Client Services, WordPress, IT Skills, Agency, Strategy to work closely with the Team and help us continue on our successful journey.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Becoming the newest member of the Client Services team you will work under the Head of Client Services to help insure the smooth running of a busy studio. You will help to schedule, prioritise, and make strategic decisions regarding the best way to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. The guys are looking for someone who can be responsible for the full client lifecycle, engagement, briefing, proposal, spec writing and execution. Your day to day responsibilities will consist of managing web development projects, taking a job brief, creating technical specific documents, managing the project throughout, taking feedback and testing website functionality. Alongside this you will regularly attend client meeting to discuss and identify their requirements alongside keeping them updated. Finally you will take responsibility on ensuring every piece of work that leaves the agency is 100% accurate and signed off. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of website content management systems e.g WordPress, Trello, Basecamp
• Strategic and creative with the ability to think out the box.
