Are you a sales driven individual who likes to get results and works well within a team?

Reed is working with established client in West Sussex who specialise in safety products for the workplace. They are seeking an Account Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position.

Main Duties:

Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: As an Account Manager, you’ll use your expert knowledge to cross-sell and up-sell products. This involves identifying additional offerings that align with clients’ needs and maximising gross profit.

Sales Order Processing: You’ll handle sales orders via telephone from internal, non-managed clients. Efficiently processing orders ensures smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

Key Point of Contact: For larger, managed clients, you’ll be the main point of contact within the organisation. Building strong relationships and providing expert advice are crucial in this role.

Conversion Rate and Customer Lifetime Value: You’ll work toward achieving the Sales team’s conversion rate and maximizing customer lifetime value. Converting quotes into sales contributes to overall success.

Proactive Client Communication: Making proactive calls to managed clients helps with account growth and retention. Regular communication fosters trust and strengthens partnerships.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Supporting internal teams ensures a cohesive offering for clients. Your contribution will directly impact the department and company’s success.
