We have a new opportunity for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join an innovative company based in Gloucester. This role is office-based, and there is on site parking available.

Our client operates in the manufacturing and distribution industry, and are a leading UK, multifaceted service provider.

As an Internal Sales Account Manager you will be in charge of growing and maintaining your own portfolio of key clients.

Tasks include:

• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Take proactive measures in handling customer queries and issues promptly
• Foster comprehensive knowledge of the company's product
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely deliveries
• Oversee and regulate inventory levels to align with customer requirements
• Compile routine sales reports and forecasts for managerial review
• Evaluate sales data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and streamlining

Skills/ Experience:

• Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
