Whatever happened to good old fashioned customer service?
 
Being able to ring someone friendly, warm and empathetic who can sort your problem. Someone who will listen to what you need and find someone who can help if they can't. And they'll follow up when they say they will.
  
Doesn't seem too much to ask does it?
  
Because that's what you do. You're the face of your business so you take these things seriously. You love building relationships with people and you do that by solving their problems. Following up on their queries. Giving them a first-class customer service experience.
  
And that's what you'll do at this investment management firm. You'll deal over the phone and on email with financial planners. They will have queries about their clients' investment portfolios and you'll be the person to sort them.
 
There's no sales targets. This is a reactive role that focuses on relationship management and customer service. Both over the phone and face to face. 
  
In the future there might be an element of business development introduced, but it still won't be a sales role. But there is scope to upskill/develop.
  
Even with no targets you'll still be well rewarded. You'll have a salary of up to £40,000 plus a bonus scheme that will add a few thousand more to your income. They'll also pay for any relevant exams that you take. 
 
You'll also work on a hybrid basis. Once trained you can work in Wilmslow 3 days per week but the remaining 2 days are up to you.
   
You'll work on a small, specialist team within a business that has made a big splash since being set up. But it's also a business that isn't huge, so you'll get used to speaking to the same BDMs.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  
Background wise you'll have one of two backgrounds:

B2B/intermediary experience (mortgage/lending/banking/financial planning/investment management)

Or you'll be an IFA/financial planning administrator looking for something different.
