Account Manager (energy / utilities)
Our client, a UK-wide Business Energy Consultancy and Procurement Specialist, are seeking Customer Support Executives to support the growth of their business. As a Customer Operations Executive, you'll contribute to the support of a portfolio of B2B clients in the Energy and Water sectors. Your responsibilities will include validating invoices, addressing queries, facilitating contract transfers, and promptly handling complaints to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience. Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of Bureau Services - invoice validation, queries, contract transfers and portfolio management.
- Liaise with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve any client queries quickly
- Manage client complaints/queries ensuring query resolution procedure is followed
- Manage the acceptance process and support successful registration of supplies
- Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as per the agreed workplan
Skills and experience required:
- Degree level education or equivalent industry experience
- Experience of inputting data and using databases on a day-to-day basis
- Solid analytical skills to absorb complex data around energy tariffs & legislative requirements
- Good administration skills and attention to detail
- Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and competent in MS Word and Outlook
